Since we opened our doors in May 2018, we’ve received more interest for offices and memberships than we have had space for. That’s a shame. So we’re now expanding with a further five stories of modern, bright and airy work space, including 35 offices, 60 work desks, a 250-person event space, a sound studio and a brand-new work lounge. All this new space means you now have an opening to join us, as up until now we’ve had a waiting list.

We will open the doors to the new space on April 2019. We have already started tours and bookings of the new offices and event space, so don’t hesitate to reach out. We’d love to have you here too.

This new building actually isn’t a building at all. It’s technically the other half of the existing Matrikel1 building, so these two units will now be opened up and joined together.

This means that with a membership in the new part you also have direct access to our existing facilities, including the Bar & Café and event spaces.

The new combined site will cover 6,500 m2 and 70 private offices, 33 meeting rooms, 60 desks, a buzzing café, work lounge, private membership club and 5 event venues.

You will be connected to the existing community which includes leading investors and entrepreneurs.

Full-service facilities

We have four professional chefs preparing delicious food for your company’s events and meetings, as well as, your everyday food needs. We have a trained sommelier to make sure you get to taste our extensive wine list and craft beer menu. Further, a professional facilities team makes sure you never have to think about heating, elevators, internet, office management or anything like that again. And to top it off, all of it is set in beautiful historical surroundings and designer-made interior. What’s not to like!

Close to transport

Located at the corner of Højbro Plads and Gammel Strand, we’re 15 minutes from the airport, 3 minutes from Kgs Nytorv metro, 8 minutes to Nørreport and right next to the new metro station, Gammel Strand, opening in summer 2019.
